IIFT
BCF runs a CSR Management Development Programme for senior and middle level managers, who manage CSR issues with (IIFT) Indian Institute of foreign Trade & has trained over a 100 senior personnel from leading private and public sectors and civil society organisations. This is a self-financed course that has been rated well by the participants (4/5) and brings centrestage the development context in the country.

April 19 & 20, 2011: The fourth CSR Management Development Programme was organised by BCF & IIFT for senior & middle level managers from companies like MSPL, AIPL, UFLEX, GIZ, Helpage India, Corporation Bank, Novozymes South Asia, L&T, KPMG, NSC Ltd, Maruti Suzuki Ltd, Jindal Steel, Mahindra and Mahindra.
2009
April 16 & 17, 2009: The second CSR Management Development Programme was organised by BCF & IIFT for senior & middle level managers from companies like Galgotias Business School, Oxfam, Mcleod Russel, Dalmia Cement, Novartis, DLF Foundation, SAIL, MMTC and Mainthon Power Ltd etc.
2010
April 22 & 23, 2010: The third CSR Management Development Programme was organised by BCF & IIFT for senior & middle level managers from companies like L&T, Jubilant Organosys, Lemontree Hotels, KPMG, Central Warehousing Corporation, IRCTC, IREDA, Galaxy Surfactants, Fidelity Business Services, SBI, Neucom Consulting etc. The programme was inaugurated by Dr Arun Maira, Member Planning Commission.
