Business & Community Foundation organized the Capacity Building Workshop for CSI (Corporate Social Initiative) members of Larsen & Toubro limited on 6th, 7th and 8th January, 2011 , at Management Development Centre, Lonavala, Pune. 42 participants attended the Workshop, with 11 ladies Club officers and 31 CSI officials.

The objective of the workshop was to learn, share and consolidate the dispersed efforts in social and environmental space by the CSI & Ladies Club officers and give it a structure under the Corporate Social Initiative Cell of Larsen & Toubro.

The training workshop focused on building capacity of the officials to upscale and replicate their work so that the impact is huge and they can reach the larger group of needy beneficiaries.

The agenda of the workshop was also to enlighten, educate and energize the CSI & Ladies club officials to work in coordination and have a way forward with an organized plan for the year 2011, so that the impact can be assessed and measured.
